POWDER COATING
Powder coating is a dry coating process used as a metal finish on all metals. In Powder Coating, we have a fully automatic conveyorized plants in compliance with International norms. Spraying is done through robotic reciprocators for uniform coating thickness. Automatic hot pretreatment with DM rinses provide a better base for coatings and rule out any chances of fading, peeling or corrosion. We can coat extrusions up to 7 meter long and 1.5 meter high and have a production capacity of more than 300 tones per month. We offer all types of RAL shades with a wide spectrum of colors, textures and metallics.
The powder coating process can be used for many different products that are applicable in our daily lives.
