ANODISING
Anodising is an electrochemical process that converts the metal surface into a decorative, durable, corrosion-resistant finish, producing thick oxide coatings, usually on aluminium and its alloys. The oxide layer is typically 15 to 30 µm in thickness and is used to give improved surface resistance to wear and corrosion, or as a decorative layer. In Anodising, we offer a variety of electro color shades ranging from Champagne to Black in Matt, Glossy, and Brush finishes along with the Natural Silver Anodising.
Huge tank size enables us to anodise aluminum extrusions and sections up to 7 meter long and sheets & grills up to 1.25 meter high. We have a production capacity of more than 200 tonnes per month. We have an in house lab testing facility which helps us monitor and maintain each bath parameter in tight range.
